El sitio ING esta reportando lo que sucederá este domingo en los VMAs: Christina Aguilera hará una presentacion de su tema “Genie In A Bottle”, T.I. debutará su nuevo sencillo a duo con Rihanna, Rock tocará su “All Summer Long,” Katy Perry cantará “Like a Virgin” y Britney Spears abrirá el show.

El productor cantante y escritor Phalon Anton Alexander, mejor conocido como Jazze Pha, logró decir que el había ayudado a producir el numero musical para el tema “Womanizer” que Britney Spears presentara el domingo.

“Vaughan, un artista de Def Jam, tiene un disco llamado ‘Up and Down’ el cual fue producido por The Outsiders y por mi. De hecho, ‘The Outsiders’ producieron uno de los temas que Britney cantará en el show - la única canción que cantara”, declaró el productor Jazze Pha.

‘Womanizer,’ one of the songs that Britney will be doing on the show—the only song she will be doing,” Pha said.

Preview: MTV Video Music Awards

Two days left and yet the madness has already begun.

The VMAs are known for being among the crudest, most shocking and (therefore) best award shows out there. No, the clothes are not as fabulous as the Oscars, and no, the musical performances are not as tasteful as the Grammys, but the beer is always flowing and so is the madness. This year’s show marks the 25th anniversary of the ceremony so MTV pulled out all the stops to gain some last minute media attention and novelty with a surprisingly star-studded preview event on the Paramount Studios lot the Thursday before the show.

Russell Brand, a known prankster and occasional MTV outcast, hosted the pre-show event in an attempt to kick-up the hype about this year’s performers and gain a bit more exposure before the big night. It has to be said that if Brand’s performance is anything like it was at the pre-show, we are all in for another year of outrageous moments, questionable morals and unwavering chaos. To begin with, Brand came out clad in the tightest pair of skinny jeans ever donned by a man and more eyeliner than any woman knowingly sports. He then continued to unleash the list of celebrity guests and presenters in rapid procession so that his snarky comments and loathing were almost lost in the sea of Hollywood royalty.

And then it was as if we were all thrown into a parallel dimension where Hollywood really is as star-studded and magical as the movies make it seem because out of the sky fell rapper T.I. and out of a limo fell a voluptuous Christina Aguilera. Together the three threw out more self-advertising than a personal ad and then just as quickly as they came they all blew away, leaving us back in a celebrity-less world, that is, until we “just happened” to see Kid Rock rehearsing his number for the show on the studio sound stage as we were being ushered back to the entrance.

Through all of the smoke and mirrors, we did manage to pull out a few nuggets of truth about the show: Aguilera will be performing a new rendition of her classic “Genie in a Bottle,” T.I. will debut his new duet with Rihanna, Rock will play his “All Summer Long,” Katy Perry will sing a little ditty called “Like a Virgin” and Britney Spears will open the show.

In later interviews we did manage to pull out a few more secrets from some of the guests of the show; the man behind 411 Media, Jazze Pha, let it slip that he helped Outsiders Media produce the musical number “Womanizer” that Britney Spears is allegedly performing on Sunday. “Vaughan, he’s a Def Jam artist and my man, he’s got a record called ‘Up and Down’ produced by myself and the Outsiders, brand new producers, they actually produced ‘Womanizer,’ one of the songs that Britney will be doing on the show—the only song she will be doing,” Pha said.

We also caught a glimpse of the fairy princess Paris Hilton, but she declined a sit down with us as her co-op of bodyguards, personal assistants and professional kiss-asses found our corner of the room just ‘too cramped’ for Miss Hilton. What a shame, I’m sure she had many enlightening things to say about the VMAs.
