Hop Nation are our long time neighbours, collaborators and good friends. It’s a story as old as time, a couple of winemakers in NZ start making homebrew for fun on the side and 5 years later they’re opening a brewery in Footscray. The self proclaimed heart of the Hop Nation brew catalogue. One of the OG recipes, made from long days of hard work and plenty of drinking beers.
