For this blend we selected from our warehouses wines with stable temperatures year round, that originate a very well balanced wine in sugar and acidity. Honey colour. Aromas of dried fruit, floral, honey and yellow fruit jam. Round medium body wine, lightly smoked, finishing fresh and tangy. Excellent as a digestif, Christmas pudding, foie-gras, chocolate, crystallized fruit and cheese. – Vinhos Barbeito
