Brewed with grains from House Of Malt (VIC) and hopped with Saaz (CZ), Styrian Golding (SL) and Tettnang (DE). Fermented warm in stainless and conditioned for 10 weeks with our house saison strain. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned. – Sobremesa Fermentary & Blendery
